Winner!

📣 During Good Employment Week, we hosted a competition to show off your best practices at work! We're proud to announce Realm Recruit as the winners!

We loved how they showcased a range of employees talking about the positive impact that flexible working has on their lives.

Good Employment Week is an annual week of activities, that aims to raise awareness of good employment across the city-region. The next will take place 7th-11th October 2024. This year, we are engaging with employers and employees – raising awareness on fair and equitable work and reinforcing that ‘Fair Work is Good Work’.

During Good Employment Week, we are hosting a competition where you can WIN 2 tickets to the 2025 Good Employment Awards! It’s an exciting opportunity for employers to showcase the good employment initiatives they’ve implemented and highlight why their employees are proud to work for them. We want to celebrate the fantastic work happening across Greater Manchester.
