We’ve been working towards our Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter accreditation for the past twelve months, and we’re so proud to have Hive Projects recognised as a great place to work. The standards within the Charter are high, so it’s rewarding to see our commitment to our team reflected with this achievement.

From day one, we built Hive Projects with social value and people at the heart of our business. Every decision we’ve made over the past five years has been shaped by these principles, ensuring we continue to create a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and empowered; especially as we’ve grown ourselves. Our people and workplace culture have always been our priority.

The Charter journey has also allowed us to refine and strengthen our internal processes, from employment packages to ways of working and recruitment. It’s been an opportunity to enhance what we do and ensure we continue building an inclusive, diverse workplace.
