We’re thrilled to announce the latest group of employers to become full Members of the Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter!

In our newest video, Laura Darnley, Partner at Ward Hadaway, introduces these 13 organisations that have gone beyond commitment, proving they meet the Charter’s high standards for fair pay, secure work, and excellent people practices.

This latest intake represents a major milestone: with Metroline now a Member, every Bee Network bus company are now officially Members of the Charter. That means anyone catching a bus in Greater Manchester is being driven by someone working under fair pay, secure conditions, and good employment standards - a powerful example of how public services can lead the way in employment excellence.

Let’s welcome our newest Members:

Together, these organisations span sectors from education and finance to manufacturing, transport, and community support - impacting over 5,000 employees across the region.

With this new cohort, the Charter continues to grow as a movement for better work and fairer opportunities. Congratulations to our new Members - and thank you to all our Supporters and Members for helping make Greater Manchester a region of employment excellence.

As a small organisation, we’re pleased to be acknowledged as having good employment practices by Greater Manchester’s Good Employment Charter to support our current team and provide the solid foundation own ambition plans for growth and impact.
