This webinar, hosted by the Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter in collaboration with Acas, offers a clear and practical overview of Employment Rights Act 2025 updates, with a focus on industrial relations and trade union recognition.

The session brings together organisations looking to build their understanding of working with trade unions, exploring the principles of effective engagement and the positive impact strong union–employer relationships can have in the workplace.
